Terms of Service

The following items are things that are considered NSFW. (this list is subject to change)
- Explicit and suggestive sexual content
- Sexual and non sexual displays of - kink / kink gear
- Moderate to extreme amounts of blood
- Gore
- Displays of, themes of, and use of Drugs and / or Alcohol
- Dark subjects such as Suicide, Self-Harm, rape, etc.- NSFW content can only be bought from people who are verified to be over 18. If you have requested nsfw content, you must read the NSFW TOS further down.
- I will refuse service to those under 18 asking for this content. If you ask for any of these items while under the age of 18, your method of contact will be blocked and you will be barred from commissioning me in the future.Sharing images and Resale
- When sharing my work, directly linking one of my social medias or my Carrd is NOT required, but it is preferred! You are not required to write down the credit for sharing my image UNLESS my watermark is not visible.
- If my watermark is not visible due to issues like cropping and size of a profile picture, you are required to credit me somewhere easily visible. A link or saying “[image] made by PaleRaven2123”.
- You may not resell my artwork or character designs for more than you spent on them, unless there is significant inflation/deflation. If it is found you are reselling for more than their worth, you will be barred from commissioning me again in the future. Further action may be taken.
- If you buy a character for 20 USD, you can only sell it for 20. If you buy the character for 20 but then buy another artist's artwork of it for 10, you can only sell it for 30.
- You may use other methods of reselling the character / image that do not match how you paid for it, as long as the value is the same as or less than what you paid me.
As an example, if you buy a character from me for 20 USD, you can also TRADE it to another artist for art or another character worth 20 USD or less.
- Again, reselling / trading for more than it is worth will result in you being barred from commissioning me again, and possible further action may be taken.Other points
- There is no limit to how many times you can ask me to edit a feature in the piece I am making for you, however if you request 20 or more small changes OR if you ask for 2 or more large pose changes AFTER the sketch has been approved, I will charge a fee of 10 USD.
- I will give updates as i reach milestones in the progress in the piece (finished rough sketch, finished clean sketch, lineart and color, shading) if you would like updates outside of these milestones, you may ask for them.
- You may not edit / draw over my images, or pay another artist to edit / draw over my images for any reason. If you wish to have something changed in the image on a later date, you may contact me directly and pay a small fee to make the edit.
- You may not feed my art into any AI, at any stage in my art process. Doing so will result in me immediately cancelling to finish the commission and refunding any payment required. 100% refund will not be available.
- I can decline to do a commission for any reason. I am not obligated to accept your commission just because it does not violate my TOS or boundaries.
Payment
- I only accept 100% upfront OR 50% up front and 50% to send the final image
- If you choose to pay 50/50, you first send 50% at the very beginning as I begin the sketch, or immediately after I send a very rough sketch to confirm the base pose. You get updates as I progress so you can change anything needed, and when the image is fully complete I will ask for the remaining amount to actually send the final image. I will NOT ask for final payment until I am outright ready to send the image.
- If you choose to send 100% up front, you will receive updates at the same pace as 50/50, the only major difference is that you will not have to wait to send the final payment to get the finished work as soon as it is ready.
- Payment is only accepted through Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, or Kofi at this time. I may reopen/open other methods in the future
- All of my prices are listed in USD, however if you use another currency I can translate the prices.
- I can cancel the commission at any time for any reason, and you can as well.. You may be refunded if the commission is not close enough to completion (must be under 90% complete).
- You are only eligible for a refund if you cancel at a point the progress in the piece is worth LESS than what you have already paid.
- I will refund a maximum of 50% of the total price, up until that point, i will refund what the current stage of progress is not worth.
- No commission rushes, rush fees, or bumps to the front of the commission line. - I will not draw anything harmful or hateful towards the LBGTQ+, BIPOC, ANY religion, etc.
- I will not draw hate symbols, dog whistles, references to real world violence and tragedies, etc.
- I do not mind hiding small meanings in my art like lace code as long as it is not hateful or harmful.
- Family portraits are unlikely, as i do not draw any person who can not or does not directly consent. If all members featured are above 18, capable of giving me their consent, and DOES give consent, then I will allow it.
- I will not draw art, mocking or otherwise, of real world political, judicial, media, and other figures.Fanwork / Derivative works:
- Works such as “oc x canon” or “canon x canon” CAN be commissioned from me on a case-by-case basis. Please read the lists below to see which fandoms you can and cannot request work for! (if something you want isn’t listed, please ask me to research it!)This list is subject to change, and any changes made will be announced.Allowed:

Logos/Affiliation/Connection:
- I will NOT do logos or watermarks. I do not have the proper equipment to give something of a quality I would be proud of unfortunately, and it just isn't my cup of tea!
- I will NOT make t-shirt, bags, etc designs for companies, brands, etc. i dont sell my art for commercial use currently. Printing my art on a t-shirt / other item for only yourself is allowed, as that falls under personal use.
- I will not make art, designs, etc, for companies, brands, items, groups of people (communities, whatever they may call themselves and whatever they may be for), etc.
- I will not make art that connects certain people, companies, religions, groups of people/communities to certain disasters, tragedies, etc.Other works:
- Things like twitch layout, art for a vtuber / pngtuber model, etc is pretty much a no at this point in time, as i currently don't have much experience making them nor experience pricing them
Community:
- When it comes to art of you or a character participating in communities, closed practices, etc.:
If it's a closed practice, it's pretty much a no- im unfortunately not that well educated on that kind of stuff at this point in time, and I don't want to risk anything until I have more education. Things like tattoos are pretty much exempt from this though, as I do have good knowledge there.
- When it comes to communities like religions, games, etc, it's pretty much going to be a yes! I may need some information and instruction in some scenarios but it should be fine.
- PLEASE do not be scared to ask about art for communities, activities, etc that may seem embarrassing or other people judge you for! I genuinely give zero fucks unless it hurts someone! Sure it doesnt mean i wont deny you, i may still deny because sometimes i just dont have the SKILLSET, legality, knowledge, comfort, or otherwise to draw it- but i won't be judging you unless you are hurting someone with it!Copyright

- I will refuse service to those under 18 asking for this content. Those under 18 requesting NSFW will be denied, blocked, and barred from commissioning me in the future.
- If you commission a NSFW piece intentionally on the behalf of a minor / to gift to a minor, one of two things will happen:
- If it is discovered the piece is for a minor BEFORE it is finished, it will be scrapped, and you will be refunded the amount of work not completed (100% will NOT be available), blocked, as well as reported to the proper authorities if possible.
- If it is discovered AFTER the piece has been delivered you will be blocked and reported if possible.
- Darker Content such as Suicide will likely be declined if explicit.
- If you are interested in something that is considered a darker subject, please ask me directly and explain your idea - there is still a chance it will be accepted.
- When commissioning sexually explicit content, kink, or fetish content, you must first read my boundaries list found below,, as I do have particular boundaries when it comes to what kinks and actions I will and will not draw.
- Asking for content containing something I have stated I am not comfortable drawing will result in the commission being denied. You may ask for a different idea if you would like.
- If you ask for pedophilic or zoophilic content you will be blocked and reported if possible.
- I will refuse to draw anything NSFW containing real people that are not directly consenting, or NSFW of an oc belonging to another person who is not directly consenting to their oc being involved.
- Sending me NSFW photos of real people who are not consenting to their images being shared will be reported, and you will be blocked .
- The same will result if you send me real images of gore containing people and animals, and real images of zoophilia / pedophilia / necrophilia.
I will NOT draw:
- Content containing real people / characters belonging to other people who do not explicitly consent to their involvement.
- Pedophilic, zoophilic, necrophilic content.
- Loli, shota, and its variants (pedo / pedo bait content)
- Ageplay, DDLG (and its variants), ABDL
- Nsfw of feral ocs, including entirely fictional creatures. (borderline characters, such as werewolves, may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.)
- Guro / gore in a sexual piece. Mild to moderate blood (such as from bites, scratches, etc) is fine!
- Hyper
- Inflation
- Non-con , dub-con
- Eproctophilia
- Scat, omorashi, vomit, and anything else to do with waste
- Overdosing (any drug)
- Non-consensual drug use / drugging
- Realistic / accurate animal genitaliaIf it is not listed, please do not be afraid of asking if i will draw a certain subject if you’re uncertain i’ll be okay with it!
